BRAIN


Specific funtion in controlling the body. Suggests, control felings and form opinions.

THE HEART

The heart pumps blood. Late at an average of 70 times per minute at rest. It measures 12.5 inches long and wighs about 450 grams.

STOMACH

Stomach funtion is to aid digestion by breaking down food and mixing it with aids and enzymes, thus releasing the resulting chyme to the small intestine.

SMALL INTESTINE
Is located in the center of the abdominal cavity. Their function is to direct food and adsorb nutrients.

THE SPINAL
Help in connecting the various organs of the body to brain.

LIVER
Regulates blood levels of most chemicals and excretes a product called bile, wich helps remove waste products from the liver.

PANCREAS
 They help break down fats, proteins, and acids in the dudenum. Regulates the level of glucose in the blood.

KIDNEYS

They perform many functions of cleaning and chemical balance of the blood.

LUNGS
Its function is to perform gas exchange with blood, so the alveoli are in close contact with capillaries.

TESTICLE
 Is to produce sperm and the male sex hormone, testosterone.

NEURONS
 Is the functional unit that can be isolated as a single component and can perform the basic function of the nervous system, that is, the transmission of information in the form of nerve impulses.

GALLBLADDER
It is reponsible for storing and regulating the flow of digestive juices produced by the liver. These digestive juice is called bile.

BLADDER

The bladder serves to store urine originating from the kidneys and that takes most of the toxic substances that the body needs to eliminate.

SMALL INTESTINE
Its function is the digestion and absorption of food. Absorption is not specific for nutrients which reaches, either on its own or present as contamination of food, may also be absorbed.

CORNEA
It is important because it helps you see, and focusing ligth as it enters the eye and protects the iris and the lens.
